NOTE:

This job will start on the 1 of June 2026.

And we’re looking for long term collaboration.

Drive the latest generation Scania trucks and directly contribute to the development of the next generation trucks.

This is not a standard driving job, this is transport combined with vehicle development.

What will you do?

Driving between Zwolle (Netherlands) and Ishøj (Denmark)

Testing new systems and vehicles in real-world conditions (according to the Scania Transportlabratorium AB instructions)

Providing feedback on truck driving behaviour and performance

Participating in interviews and test sessions

Driving modern and innovative test equipment

Your driving experience is truly valued and used in this role

You will become part of the test team

Collaborating with technical specialists from Scania R&D

Salary & benefits

Gross hourly wage (Scale D6): €20.24

Average net income:
💰 €4,000 – €5,000 per 4 weeks

Bonuses & overtime:

119% night hours, €24,09
130% overtime hours, €26,31
150% saturday hours, €30,36
200% sunday hours, €40,48

Additional benefits:

€65,04 net per night multi-day allowance
8% holiday allowance
25 paid vacation days per year
Salary paid every 4 weeks (13 payments per year)
Weekly advance payment available (€500)

Rotation & travel compensation

Rotation schedule: 6 weeks working / 3 weeks home

Travel allowance: Up to €230 reimbursed from home to the Netherlands and vice versa

What do we expect from you?

CE driving license + valid Code 95

You speak fluent English

Interest in truck technology and innovation

Ability to work accurately and follow testing procedures

Comfortable using digital systems and reporting tools

Minimum of 2 years of driving experience

Good to know

Day and night shifts are part of the role, occasional weekend work required
No loading or unloading duties

Accommodation will be arranged, that means you won’t sleep in the truck
You will sometimes test competitor trucks
Security/background screening may be part of the procedure
