🚛 Job Description

Are you an experienced CE-driver who enjoys variety, responsibility, and the freedom of the road? We are looking for a driver for multi-day trips across the Benelux (occasional Germany), delivering to companies, construction sites, and private households.

You will transport building materials with an open trailer, curtain trailer or an interchangable container. Loading/unloading with:

Forklift

Truck-mounted forklift (Moffett)

🛠️ Job Duties

Multi-day network routes

Multiple delivery addresses per day or full truck loads

Day shifts with sleeping in the cabin/truck during the week

Accommodation available during weekends

Always back at the home base on Fridays

Loading/unloading with forklift, Moffett or interchangable contiainers (If you have experience that would be a plus)

Keep trip administration and vehicle inspections up to date

Work is carried out in accordance with VCA guidelines

🗓️ Work Schedule

Rotation: minimum 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off

Longer schedules are negotiable

Shorter rotations are not available due to planning requirements

💸 Salary & Benefits

Gross hourly wage (CAO Transport & Logistics, scale D6 – depending on experience): €19.46

Net average salary: €3,800 – €4,200 (depending on worked hours) per 4 weeks (13 payments/year)

Overtime & Bonuses:

Overtime (40+ hours): 130% → €25.29/hour

Bank holidays: 200% → €38.92/hour

Holiday pay: +8% & 25 paid days/year

Overnight stay compensation: €63 per night

Weekly advance payment: €500 every Friday until payday (salary = gross salary minus the advance payments already received)

Pension plan via payroll

Your housing contribution: €75 per week

🧾 Travel & Daily Expenses

Travel compensation (Home ↔ Netherlands): max €230 per trip – also max €230 when going home again

Daily allowance (meals/coffee): €10 net/day

🏥 Health Insurance

Mandatory via HollandZorg while working in the Netherlands

Approx. €158 / 4 weeks (deducted from salary)

E106 form provided to avoid double insurance

Coverage stops automatically upon return to your home country

Also insured at home while you’re here

• CE driver’s license, Code 95 & driver card

• Proven experience as a CE driver (building materials/oversized loads is a plus)

• Skills with forklift / Moffett / crane (advantage)

• No Moffett certificate yet? Training/education can be provided

• Very good English skills (required)

• Physically fit, responsible, and customer-oriented

• Flexible for multi-day trips

• Familiar with and willing to work according to VCA guidelines
