🚛 Job Description
Do you have experience transporting construction materials and want to work in a varied, responsible job with modern equipment?
We are looking for an experienced CE Driver for day trips within The Netherlands, Belgium or Germany.

You will transport building materials, including non-standard sized building shipments, and handle loading/unloading safely with professional tools.

👉 No Truck-mounted forklift or Moffett experience yet? Training/education can be provided by us.

✨ What will you do?

• Drive CE-class trucks (tractor/trailer or combinations) for building materials shipments

• Load, secure, and unload goods using Moffett, crane, or truck-mounted forklift or willing to learn this.

• Ensure proper weight distribution and safe cargo securing

• Perform vehicle checks, report defects, and keep the truck safe & clean

• Follow route planning, comply with time windows, anticipate traffic & weather

• Keep administration in order (trips, consignment notes, waybills, driver card)

• Represent the company in a professional, customer-focused way

• Work according to safety, environmental, and VCA guidelines
  

✅ What do you bring?

• CE driver’s license, Code 95, and driver card

• Experience as CE driver (construction materials/non standard-sized building loads is a plus)

• Experience or willingness to work with truck-mounted forklift, Moffett, crane, etc. (Or willing to learn this)

• Very good English skills (required)

• Flexible working attitude

• Physically fit, accurate, responsible, and reliable

• Awareness of eco-driving and sustainability rules
  

🗓️ Work Schedule

• Day trips: Sleep in the truck during the weeknights.

• 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off is the minimum rotation – longer schedules are negotiable.
  

💸 Salary & Benefits

• Gross hourly wage (CAO Transport & Logistics, scale D6 – depending on experience): €19.46

• Net average salary: €3,800 – €4,200 per 4 weeks (13 payments/year)

• Overtime & bonuses:

  • 130% overtime (40+ hours): €25.29/hour

  • 200% bank holidays: €38.92/hour

• Holiday pay: +8% & 25 paid days/year

• Weekly advance payment: €500 every Friday until payday (salary = gross salary minus advances)

• Pension plan via payroll

• Housing contribution: €75 per week (for weekends)
  

🧾 Travel & Daily Expenses

• Travel compensation (Netherlands ↔ home country): You will be compensated €230 max for the trip to the Netherlands, and another €230 max for the trip back home. So each one-way journey is compensated with €230 max.

• Daily allowance (meals/coffee): €10 net/day
  

🏥 Health Insurance

• Mandatory via HollandZorg while working in the Netherlands

• Approx. €158 / 4 weeks

• E106 form provided to avoid double insurance

• You are insured in the Netherlands and at home while you’re here – coverage automatically stops upon return home
